We ordered a custom made door. We knew the details on this project would be tricky, with this large, heavy door, which was arched across the top and would require quite a bit of skill to fit exactly with the arch we wanted. Jacob Gregory at Innovative was one of several contractors that bid my roof replacement and bathroom renovation. His price was not the lowest, but upon close scrutiny, his price was by far the most realistic and complete. I had a few lower offers, but they failed to take into account several critical points. Two other contractors offered to replace the roof decking under the shingles, but just said “OK” when I resisted, hoping to make a quick sale, and one other didn’t even address the issue at all. When Jacob was checking out my house he told me that the decking needed to be replaced, and when I resisted, he took me up into the attic and showed me the damage; it was literally falling apart. On this point alone Jacob saved me a bunch of time, money, and headaches. Part of the great value of Innovative LLC was that Jacob was very thorough in every step of the process, from the pre-bid inspection to the inevitable visit for touchups after the job was completed. I took a leap of faith in trusting Innovative, and it has paid great dividends in quality, craftsmanship and compliments. I have been referring Innovative LLC to all of my friends and family and have heard only praise. Even my mother (who is notoriously hard to please) has used them and loves them. Innovative LLC strives for perfection. I've heard many contractors say they they always "do it the right way". I've had past experiences that prove otherwise. However, I witnessed Jacob direct his crew to work as efficiently as possible while maintaining high performance and quality. He presented me with every option and gives good feedback. He's honest and I trust him. His crew is great and they work really hard.... so no unnecessary rest for these guys. I'm confident in saying I'll use him for every job in the future as long I live in  Charlotte.
